Contact our team within 14 days from receiving your package and include your order number so we can assist you.

We gladly accept returns and exchanges. However, all items must be returned unworn and in original condition and packaging.

 

Note that we will only accept returns within 30 days after reception.

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs.

Your return and refund may take up to 10 working days to reach us and to be processed. Once processed, you will receive an email notification from us. It may take up to 10 working days for the funds to show in your account

For hygiene reasons, all jewellry must be returned unworn and  in the original packaging
